I take 2 or 3 of these tablets about an hour before I go to bed. They have a wonderful relaxing effect across all muscles and help me sleep through the night. No more muscles cramps.

Keeps me sane

I have severe neck arthritis with tremors. These capsules take care of 80% of the pain and tremors associated with it. Also I have an allergy to anything corn-related. Have tried many brands, and this one is the absolute best!!!! Helps my mood as well, don't ever stop making this please.
